Hi Abbagirls and Colin

Thanks once again to the Abbagirls for giving us a truly fantastic performance on Friday 2 July in Hemsby Norfolk, as part of the Pontin's annual Abba Weekend festivities. Even after 7 hours in the car on the long journey from South Wales just a few songs from the Abbagirls made us forget the journey as we marvelled at your wonderful music and costumes.

The rest of the weekend was just as good, with the amazing Abba Gold performing on Saturday night - they played all our favourites together with the less well known album tracks that few tribute bands play - thanks to Abba Gold for that.

Voulez Vous brought their new and awesome show telling us the story of Abba through words, music and drama - that will remain long in the memory, it is difficult to think of a better end to the weekend.

Thanks also to Chris Green for his comedy and characters.

We Abbagirls fans can see them at Kathryn Courtney O'Neill's next event, the Bristol Abba Day on 6 November. Send and e-mail to Kathryn and tell her if you can come to Bristol or send feed back on the Hemsby event - we owe it to her for all that she does by fully supporting these events, especially those of us who would appreciate going to an event nearer to home!

The Abba Tribute Weekend went very well with the e-mails and feed back I've received. A lot said about the Abbagirls, all very good I may add, full of praise. However if any of you on the Abbagirls mailing list or you read this on their message board, I really would appreciate feed back from you with the Survey forms that were left on the tables on the Saturday night and they should have been handed out by Pontins Reception on the Monday when you handed in your keys. (Survey forms should have been given to those who missed them on the saturday) I would really appreciate your feed back on the event what you liked, what you didn't like, what you like to see added to the event etc etc. It only takes 5 minutes to complete. I want to make the event even better! If you'd like the form e-mailed to you i can do that. You can contact me on [email protected] and I'll e-mail you back. Hi abbagirls i saw you at pontins hemsby on friday 2nd july. i thought you were exallent best of the 3 acts.I was boogieing all night long. Still cant get the songs out of my head. The costumes were really good,well done to kayhryn for organizing it. love from Nicola Essex xxx

Hello girls. Once again you were the best act at Hemsby (Abba weekend at Pontins). You gave us 90 minutes of pure Abba genius. We saw you on BBC1 live on Friday night and heard you this morning on BBC Radio Norfolk. Not at all surprised by all the media attention you receive.

Hi Abbagirls & Colin, I would like to thank you for all the help and advice you gave us in organising our daughters entertainment for her forth coming wedding.
Your information pack is first rate. It is impossible to book an act with out first seeing them; your video show reel is so perfect.
You have taken a lot of pressure and stress from us.
Ironically my sister saw your show near Coventry about two weeks ago, and has only praise for you. (She said you are the best Abba act she has seen!). We are now looking forward to our party with no anxieties.

Just wanted to say that we saw your show at the Lancastrian Room Fed Brewery in Gateshead, for McDonalds Restaurants and thought your show was fabulous. Over 1000 of us non stop dancing. Thank you for the music girls.
